All our blinds are custom-made to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
We strongly recommend using our Measuring Guide and double-checking all measurements before placing your order. If you're unsure, please contact us and we'll help you get it right.
If your blinds arrive damaged or are found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please keep the original packaging and take photos of any damage to help us process your claim quickly.
All our blinds come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, contact us and we'll resolve the issue.
